The first issue involved a possible probate of a will that I had been appointed executor of. Wesley answered all of my questions and helped to relieve some stress I was feeling being the executor.
The second situation had to do with a family member who lived in another state and had dementia. Wesley answered all of my questions and gave me advice on how to proceed forward.
I will be obtaining Wesley for any future legal help I might need. It is obvious to me that Wesley is very well versed in his profession. The conversation I had with Wesley helped to put any concerns I had to rest.

Wes is the founder of Wealth and Estate Law Group (formerly Wes Winsor Law). Raised in Delta, Utah, and the youngest of thirteen children, Wes learned early the importance of family, faith, and hard work — values that continue to guide his practice today. His family later relocated to St. George, where he graduated from Dixie High School in 2003. Following a two-year service mission in Fortaleza, Brazil, Wes earned his associate degree from Dixie State University. After marrying his wife, Lindsay, he went on to complete his bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Brigham Young University. He later attended law school at Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Alabama, graduating in 2012. After a short time with Seegmiller Law, Wes realized his true calling was to serve families and entrepreneurs directly — helping them protect what they’ve worked so hard to build. In 2013, he opened his own firm in St. George, focusing on Estate Planning, Probate, and select Business Law services. Today, Wes and his team offer trusted, down-to-earth guidance to clients throughout Southern Utah.
