Mediation and Negotiation

Negotiation & Mediation

Negotiation and mediation have become a near obsession for Wes Winsor. His passion and skill for conflict resolution were first developed through intensive training at BYU and have continued to grow through years of hands-on experience. Wes genuinely believes that everything is negotiable—he’s even been known to try negotiating prices at Walmart.

In his professional practice, Wes has successfully negotiated with the IRS on behalf of clients with past tax issues, worked with creditors to reduce or restructure debt, and brokered settlements between consumers and service providers. His approach is grounded in professionalism and building rapport with the other side. Wes firmly believes that the only true limits to reaching a deal are the creativity and open-mindedness of the parties involved.

Whether you’re buying a car, finalizing a business contract, handling creditor or debtor issues, negotiating real estate purchases, or working through a personal dispute, Wes is available for a free consultation and strategy session.
